Vineyard of Brulhois

brulhoisBetween Bordeaux and Toulouse, Brulhois’s terroir is composed by gravel hills, plateaus and stony-sandy and clayey soils. Its climate benefits from the combined effects of the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, which enhance the quality of its wines. The area produces mainly red wines from Bordeaux’s grape varieties such as Tannat, Côt, etc. These are full-bodied and tannic, and has hints of spice with dominant red berry aromas on the nose.
They are perfect with regional dishes as confits, duck magret and cassoulets.
