  •  Best of Wine Tourism:

The Best of Wine Tourism competition is open to all companies in the wine sector of Gironde, Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne, who wish to highlight their visitor reception capabilities as a communication tool for their products and services . The criteria taken into account are the user-friendliness, the capacity of adaptation of the guide to the customers and the warm way to welcome the visitors on the field.

  •  Vineyards and discoveries:

Created in 2009 by the Ministry of Tourism and Agriculture and awarded for a period of 3 years, it promotes wine tourism. The establishments that benefit from it offer tourist activities related to wine (accommodation, meals, visits ...).

  • Vineyards and cellars in Bordeaux:

Created by Gironde Tourisme, it is attributed to wine estates or oenotouritic places offering a warm welcome to visitors. 

  •  Independent winegrowers

Created in 2003, this viticultural organization guarantees that the winemaker works his own vineyard, collects the grapes, vinifies and raises his wine, elaborates it, bottles it in his cellar and markets it. Bottles are clearly identified by the logo and by the name of the estate and the winemaker.

  •  Agriconfiance:

The agricultural and agri-food cooperative is an economic organization of farmers who pool their means of production, processing and marketing of their agricultural products. The goal is to ensure the origins of products to consumers.

  • Bed and Breakfast reference:

B & B reference is a solution for operators wishing to qualify their offer but not wishing to join a label to guarantee a service with a great welcome to the customer.

  •  Biodyvin:

Some oenological practices are prohibited or regulated to obtain the Biodyvin label. The objective is winemaking respectful of bio-dynamic practices in the vineyard, stopping the addition of any input, or the use of practices modifying the natural balance of the grapes.

  • The Hachette Wine Guide:

The Hachette wine guide is a selective guide renewed each year, with a French tour of best wines. 40,000 wines are tasted for each new edition. Producers send samples to the tasting that they want to be tasted, then for each appellation, juries composed of several tasters blindly test them.

Thus, each year, a great diversity of wines, of style of wines are retained (10 000) for their good quality and fair prices. 

  • Terra Vitis:

Label of reasoned viticulture, it puts forward the use of natural resources to cultivate the vineyard as well as a reasoned use of phytosanitary products. Chemical treatment can only be used when there is a significant threat to the crop.

  • Welcome to the farm :

This network, created in 1998, brings together farmers (about 8,000 members) who are committed to offering quality farm products, to offer their guests a personalized and professional welcome in a neat environment and to be an ambassador of sustainable agriculture. 

  •  France passion:

Concept created in 1993 to offer winemakers a formula of free parking in a private setting, allowing them to accommodate motorhomes all year on their properties.

Motorhomes crisscrossing the vineyards in France can benefit from an "invitation formula" that facilitates their access to more than 2,000 castles and wineries today.

  • Organic farming :

European label, which ensures that the grapevine has not received any synthetic chemical treatment for at least the last 3 years and guarantees the use of natural pesticides such as copper or sulfur whose maximum doses of use must be respected.

  • French cottages:

The label Gites de France is a national charter that guarantees standards of comfort, hospitality and friendliness, architecture, services and decoration. Cottages are reclassified at least every 5 years. The label "Gîtes de France" exists since 1951, and brings together in 2010, 42000 owners, 10000 guest houses, 56000 accommodation and 2500 cottage creations per year. The creation of a "Gites de France" housing is open to all: farmers, employees, craftsmen, shopkeepers, liberal professions, retirees, municipalities and local authorities.

  •  High environmental value:

This label can attest to environmental performance, with a broad presence of biodiversity elements on the farm such as trees, hedges, flowers, insects. The HVE logo can be affixed to raw products and processed products if they contain at least 95% raw materials from farms of high environmental value.

  • Destination vineyards:

Delivered by the region of New Aquitaine, it is aimed at all the vineyards in the region. They must respect a number of criteria such as respect for the environment, the provision of tourist information, the languages spoken to the property ...
